Thermocrete installation usually takes one day and involves a few steps:

  • Setup the staging, protect the interior and thoroughly clean the chimney
  • Prepare Thermocrete solution for application
  • Extend the hoses to accommodate the full length of the chimney
  • Apply Thermocrete to the interior walls of all the flues
  • Achieve at least a ¼ inch thickness on the interior flue walls 
  • Remove the installation equipment and clean all job related debris
